Luz Daisy won the first place on the competition of Caldas high quality coffees on the category of New Generation coffee growers, She is a mother of two young kids and she and her husband take care of the coffee plantation as she is 3rd generation coffee grower after her grand father and father.
The Coffee is picked only selecting the ripe cherries and unpeopling washing and fermenting them for 14 hours after it is sun dried in a patio.
