Finca El Bosque is owned by Mr. Albeiro Ramirez. It was acquired since 2014. This farm is at 1,900 MASL, has 6,500 coffee trees planted and is located in the Vereda (Village) San Carlos in Urrao Municipality, in Antioquia Departament.
The most mature beans are harvest, then it is pulped the same day and ferment for 48 hours in a tank with spring water, then dried until it reaches the proper humidity of 11,5% and when it is ready it is packaged and stored to stabilize. This farm also fertilize every three months.
Drying: Sun drying.
Fermentation: 48 Hours with mucilage.
